Every Toastmasters club shares the same mission, clearly defined in the following mission statement:

We provide a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth.

Through this mission, each Toastmaster gains a clear understanding of the club’s purpose, and the organisation as a whole benefit from a shared set of values and goals.

BACKGROUND

OUR CLUB HISTORY

Success in any endeavour relies on having a clear vision, and Center Berlin Toastmasters, established in 2015, traces its roots back to 2012 when the narrator joined Toastmasters through Mercury Toastmasters Berlin, a club known for its outstanding speakers. Facing the challenge of growing membership and crowded meetings, the idea emerged to create a new club, initially met with hesitation but eventually embraced as an opportunity for growth and expansion.
